Sinopsis :

Merupakan remake dari versi tahun 2001 nya, anime yang diadaptasi dari Light Novel ini menceritakan tentang seorang pengembara bernama Kino yang berkelana ke berbagai negeri bersama motor kesayangannya yang bisa berbicara, Hermes. Disetiap negeri yang mereka kunjungi terdapat berbagai tradisi dan adat istiadat yang unik tersendiri.

Akan tetapi, Kino hanya akan tinggal dan menetap di tiap negeri tersebut selama tiga hari.

Dalam setiap negeri yang mereka kunjungi terdapat masalah dan kejadian yang unik. Anime ini mengambil tema episodik, jadi setiap satu episode dengan beberapa episode lain agak sedikit tidak terlalu berhubungan.
